Had a bunch of video conferences this week, including this morning. There were lots of logistical issues that needed to be taken care of before the weekend. We all came up with ideas on how to solve the current problem. My team suggested that we swap time adjustments with another office because of where our office is located. Another team suggested that we switch delivery days entirely. There was another team on one of the calls but they didn't come up with anything noteworthy. We eventually came to an agreement and signed off on the paperwork today.
It has recently been brought to my attention that an old school that I went to a long time ago had to be evacuated on Monday. Apparently there was a bomb threat there. This hits me personally because it's my hometown and I hope that whoever did this seeks help. I'm not angry, just sad.
Got all my lists for the year all set up, but I still need to rank them in order. Thankfully I still have a month to figure it all out. This was a pretty fun year with just a touch of chaos to keep things interesting.
Anyway, I need to prep for my last meeting coming up in a few hours. Also I need to stay quiet for a little while so don't expect anything for a couple of weeks. That's pretty normal around here though. Have a good one!
